Meet Lucy
Lucy Jones is a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr), with Harley Street experience, working with women at perimenopause and menopause to help them lose unwanted fat, so they can fit comfortably and confidently into their clothes.
Lucy is on a mission to offer simple, realistic and accessible nutrition support, and founded Lutrition in 2021. She shows her clients how to enjoy food and how it can nourish and nurture both body and mind. She’s known for her empathetic and collaborative approach, which sees her clients thrive and achieve their dietary and lifestyle goals in a way that suits them best.
